While there are things in the Bible which the vast majority of Christians believe are not an option, the fact remains that many Christians compromise their beliefs and values mostly for selfish reasons. Many pick and choose what they will believe and how they live based not necessarily on what the Bible teaches but upon their own personal preferences.
